LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Governor Matt Bevin announced his plan to transform Kentucky’s state funded medical program on Wednesday.
Bevin said the state is submitting an 1115 waiver to the federal government’s Centers for Medicare Medicaid Services to expand medicaid in Kentucky.
